just wondering if im reading this right a rain check will be issued with 10% off the advertised price so lets say pp is n sale fr 1.99 an they out f stock would that not mean 1.99-10%? the food basics flyer very last page at bottom

Yes :) the cashiers at mine don't need to been need about the discount either (although you do have to check their math lol)
