HEy, i'm pretty new to this. I've been trying to print coupons form the healthy essentials site. Most often I have to get in through a link in my registration email. I have tried 3 computers, windows 8 &7, java is up to date, explorer and chrome. And I still cannot get it to work. I have contacted them via email and I got a generic system requirements email back from them. Was wondering if anyone else had issues and if they have any advice to get it working??!!

I have used it on Windows 8, and Windows 7, and I have never had any errors before. What does it say when they don't print?

Probably the same problem I'm having: when i go to the site it asks me to pick a province, but when i click on one, nothing happens. It won't let me go to the site without picking one, but nothing happens when i click on a province- any suggestions?

I've run into the same problem and 2 things have helped - 1 use Google Chrome as a browser 2 - when in and you have coupons selected do not use the 'print' button , this pulls a Java error, instead go to your 'cart' at the top of your screen and view coupons, print from within the cart and all is good. Good luck, I had a few months of pain until my IT ex gave me the head' sip.

I have the same problem as Konnan, I click on the province and it does nothing. I have tried google chrome, disabled everything that could possibly be blocking it.... Still does nothing.

I have found this to be a problem in the past too. I no longer go through the home page but use this link as a work around. I've book marked it to avoid issues.
