Her "perspective" has absolutely nothing to do with the experiences of the women who are accusing him of abuse. That gal was "into" his sexual perversions...a WILLING partner. Not a victim of rape and assault.

What I said, is that the WOMAN'S experience with him has nothing in common with the other womens' allegations of sexual abuse. The author of the article has her own opinions, which is fine. I was pointing out that just because two people share the same proclivity as regards to their sexual preferences, as in the case of this woman, it certainly doesn't negate what his accusers are describing.
Aside from the author's opinion, thankfully that woman didn't do him any favours.

I offered a link to an article which discusses Ghomeshi's proclivities but from another angle this time.... one which hasn't been discussed yet since most of his encounters so far seem to be non-consensual. i hope this scandal helps women and the public's reaction to women who have the guts to come forward to report these incidents.

Ghomeshi has been dumped by Navigator, the PR agency hired to protect both the CBC and JG from scandal in August. Navigator is huge and powerful. Their parting shot: the PR company called JG a "liar".

Ghomeshi has also been dumped by the PR company Rock-it Promotions, that has been repping him for 15 years.

Ghomeshi has been dumped as manager to performer Lights.

Ghomeshi has lost numerous speaking engagements that were upcoming: appearances in Prince George and with Amanda Palmer that had nothing to do with the CBC were cancelled. He has also been delisted from several agency websites that promote speakers.

Ghomeshi's agent dumped him.

And of course Ghomeshi has fired WITH CAUSE from his unionized government job, and the terms of his employment means he cannot sue for $55 million because he is in the union, and the union has the right not to represent him because of his reputation and its duty to represent other union members who are affected. So he is SOL.

All this because he showed his CBC bosses a video of himself beating a woman "consensually" (while the law does not accept that a woman can give consent to be hurt in any situation, which forced the CBC to fire him).

So...no point in defending him now. He's done. He's ruined. He will never work in media in this town again.

You gotta ask, if an intern working for the CBC ends up doing JG's laundry, which is definitely part of one's PERSONAL LIFE...why is JG sobbing that the CBC has no right to judge the dirty laundry in his personal life?

I think the Toronto Sun is right when they said someone should have stuck a pin in this guy a long time ago.

I guess he has some new articles to add to his scrap book.

It's all good Hon....I just feel so strongly about this issue and how (imho) he was kept in cotton-balls by his superiors who turned a blind eye to his abuse. Anyone saying..."well...he was okay by me", just rattles my tail and I want to come out fighting.
Ita. His money will go to lawyers, and he'll be innocent until the money runs out (as my hubby put it).
