If Rogers/City TV was not already in the former Olympic Spirit building downtown, that location would make a great pop-up shop central for all the retail brands having warehouse sales. Why? Near transit and TEC plus the daytime workers from out of the city would be relatively near the site to visit on lunch breaks or after work.
The hinterland warehouse locations need to be moved closer to downtown to see if more sales $$ are made where there are more people.
It'd be grand if Parkhurst made a lively colour version of the vintage sailor-collar style sweater!2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

@Ciel I have been looking for the sailor-collar style sweater for years! Found some fem China on ebay but alas, too small for me
I had never seen Parkhurst until I found a great hat at the bay yesterday. Apparently it's excluded from all sales and it was $42 for a very modest knit hat that would cost $10 at those mall kiosks. Maybe there will be deals to be had at this sale, thanks for posting @couponladyApply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.
