because of SCers, I was totally prepared at WM when a cashier tried to refuse my coupon on a $22 item

Toysrus didn't have the MLP pony set I wanted but they did have a huge metal Tonka truck on sale for $39.99 (from $49.99) so I used 1 coupon on it. The cashier didn't blink an eye. Just confirmed it was from Hasbro and took off $20.

So I got a response to my email. I had ordered 4 of the free toy coupons and they only sent 1 and the rest were $10 off coupons. The customer care rep apologized that they had run out of coupons and sent them in the order they had been received. They are sending a FPC. I still would rather the other 3 free toys. Not sure I'll even use the $10 off coupons. Urgh.

I entered 4 on Nov 3 and im still waiting. As if last Monday they hadn't been shipped yet. Going to call and check again tomorrow. Would be extremely upset if i got sent $10 coupons instead of what I entered for!!!

I'd be asking for enough FPCs to make up for the 3x$20 coupons that you didn't get.. So you can get in on the next promo for FREE

That sucks that you didnt get what you selected. I had a feeling that would happen to some of us (I even said so in a post...although I am sure some ppl doubted it at the time, I knew it was a possibility)

I was worried about that as well. I even said it to a friend who was ordering coupons as well. I'm glad I received mine but I feel bad for those who are receiving the wrong coupon as I know how many of us count on these promos to help during this expensive season.

Well I just called again and got told apparently there was a "glitch" in their systems and my coupons were mailed out on Nov 21, so im hoping they should be arriving in the next day or 2. So anyone else who is waiting and wondering this might help

They don't or didn't have any real information about shipment.. The day I received mine I called and they said they hadn't been shipped..
I'm actually really surprised that anyone would receive a $10 off instead of FPC if that's what they ordered.. I wonder if the email confirmation is different for $10 off vs FPC -
