My older two boys went forward facing at 1 year old. However, I have read about the huge benefits of extended rear-facing and want to do that with my third child. My question is this: Most seats say something like "Rear-facing from infant-1 year old (5-40 pounds and "19-32" in height)". Now, if they are over a year old but under the upper weight and height limit, they can still stay rear-facing, right?
