the 18500 pts WUS 75$ is a promo that's on today and tomorrow...no printed points coupon required
I imagine you could use the 10X WUS 30$ too ?????.... (correct me if I'm wrong anyone..)
As for the GC, you get base points only (example: 50$ GC, you get 500 pts)

That's always effective.....you get the base points
Best to always buy a GC before making your purchase....then pay your transaction using the GC you just purchased ; Gives you a few extra points
