i'm looking for deal on washer and dryer (all in 1 kind). my place doesn't have room for 2 separate appliance

Do mean stackable? Or really washer & dryer in one appliance? Have you tried looking up Consumer Reports online through your library system to see what CR says about such appliances and their repair rates? Worth knowing what you may getting into with an all-in-one unit.

It's really rare to see an all-in-one unit. Miele does not seem to have one; thought LG had one.

Italian brand, SMEG, has 5 models. However, no Canadian locations are listed for Showroom (though the Drake General store in Toronto is carrying SMEG fridges-maybe ask the store for Cdn. distributor information).

I had a washer/dryer all in one when I lived overseas......hated it. I found it did not do a good job at drying. It was an LG. But the idea of an all in one is great.
