    This contest is for high school students to win a scholarship for post-secondary education, correct? As far as I know, you don't need a scholarship for high school. Rules link please?

    GAME BRAIN SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST (the “CONTEST”) OFFICIAL RULES
    THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO ONTARIO RESIDENTS ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY ONTARIO LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
    By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Responsible Gambling Council (the “Sponsor”), which are final in all matters relating to the Contest..
    1. CONTEST PERIOD
    The Contest will begin on October 20th, 2014 at 8:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) (“Contest Start”) and end on December 15th at 6:00pm ET (“Contest Close”; the period commencing on the Contest Start and ending on the Contest Close is referred to as the “Contest Period”).
    2. ELIGIBILITY
    Contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are ages 13 or older and who are currently enrolled in an Ontario high school at the time of entry. Employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) are not eligible to enter. Participants who have not reached the age of 18 at the time they enter the contest must have first obtained the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
    3. HOW TO ENTER
    No purchase is necessary to enter.
    There is a maximum of one Entry per individual and per e-mail address included in any Contest Entry Form.
    To be eligible for one of three (3) scholarship prizes described below, an entry form (each, a “Contest Entry Form” and each such completed Contest Entry Form, an “Entry”) must be completed and submitted online during the Contest Period at the contest portal accessible on the website located at www.gamebrain.ca (the “Website”). The Data Entry Form includes five (5) skill-testing questions which must all be correctly answered for an Entry to be valid. All entry forms must be fully and accurately completed to enter (including first and last name, valid email address and school name). Participants must provide a personal e-mail address and may not provide the address to a shared e-mail account. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. The Draw Entry may be rejected if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the Contest Entry Form is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received during the Contest Period. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void).
    4. PRIZES
    There will be three (3) cash scholarship awards in the following amounts:
    1st Prize $2,000
    2nd Prize $1,500
    3rd Prize $1,000 (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”).

    5. DRAWS
    The scholarship award winners will be determined by a random draw, where 10 entries will be selected from all eligible Entries submitted on or before the Contest Close. An RGC representative will draw the winning entries onFriday, December 19, 2014. In order to claim a Prize, the selected entrant must have all five (5) quiz questions answered correctly.
    Odds of winning will vary depending on the total number of eligible Entries received.
    6. FULFILLMENT
    The scholarship award recipients will be contacted via email by a RGC representative. The scholarship award recipients will be required to provide to RGC proof of eligibility, including proof of enrolment at an Ontario high-school by official correspondence from the school. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the email or cannot provide proof of eligibility within fourteen (14) days, the potential winners will forfeit the scholarship award and RGC will conduct a further random draw to select another individual from eligible Entries. A Prize will not be awarded in the event there are no eligible Entries for the initial draw or any subsequent draw.
    WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIVING NOTICE THAT THEIR ENTRY FORM WAS DRAWN, EACH WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DELIVER TO THE SPONSOR A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES AS WELL AS SIGN A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES AND RELEASING THE CONTEST PARTIES FROM ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE CONTEST AND RECEIPT AND USE OF THE PRIZE. WINNERS WHO ARE YOUNGER THAN 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN SIGN AND DELIVER SIMILAR DOCUMENTATION WITHIN THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME.
    Prizes must be accepted as awarded. There will be no substitution for prizing made except as provided herein at RGC’s sole discretion.
    7. GENERAL
    All Entries become the property of the Sponsor.
    This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
    ANYONE DETERMINED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.
    The Sponsor will not be liable for: (i) any failure of the Website during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry to be received, captured or recorded for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; and/or (v) any combination of the above.
    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted a Contest Entry, Contest Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address specified in the Contest Entry Form. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry in question.
    The Sponsor reserves the right, to withdraw or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules.
    Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion) may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.
    By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her Contest Entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at responsiblegambling.org/privacy-policy), unless the entrant otherwise agrees.
    The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.
    By entering the Game Brain contest, entrants are granting permission for their name, city or town of residence, and study program with respect to which the Prize is applied to be used in any promotional material in the event they are chosen as a winner. However, the entrants’ specific address and contact information is kept strictly confidential (entrants can view RGC’s Privacy Policy for more information.)
    A complete list of scholarship awards and recipients, as they become available, will be uploaded tohttps://www.facebook.com/GameBrainCa beginning Friday January 2nd, 2015 and removed by Friday, January 23rd, 2015.
