Not receiving Hasbro coupons

Just called Kellog's because I've been waiting for the Hasbro coupons (ordered on Nov 7). Basically they can't do anything, they were shipped on Nov 25, so if they are lost is not their responsibility. Hoping they will still come. The lady said she'd mail me replacement coupons for cereal, that's nice of her but I would rather have the 2x $20. I was probably going to use them for the toy drive so my kids won't miss out, just a bit disappointed. Wonder if anybody had too wait so long.
