We shouldn't have to keep our receipts to keep track of the points we are owed! I know, I keep mine too, if I don't that's the time I am missing points! My point, LOL is that Shoppers system should be doing a much better job at keeping track of our points, don't you think so?

I know, but go figure the receipt I lose, is the one I do not get the points for! Oh well!

That's great! Maybe it is a glitch in their system. If that is the case I still don't think that it is a legitimate excuse on their part, because those promotional coupons all say on them that the "points are to be deposited by the -- th day of the month. What ever that day may be. Many of the promos, especially the 18,500 ones sent by email near the beginning of the month are to be deposited by the 14th day of the month following your purchase. If like me, you just received your points from an 18,500 points promo I don't think it's acceptable, especially this time of year when many of us count on our points for Christmas shopping. I did thank Shoppers for resolving the issue, and I really hope that none of us have to deal with this issue again any time soon!
