If I were to expect to receive points for food, I would not purchase any beverages

I buy milk and Coke Zero (albatross) each time with food/snack coupon as by 'food' they are being broad and including anything you consume and have never had a problem - I'm going later today and will strictly do a coffee/milk deal and see what happens...

I know people have bought beverages with these coupons, but mostly because we know that people buy those items with success. I'm just saying that with no prior knowledge, and if that was the first time I had encountered the coupon, I would just expect that it would only apply to food, ie, things you eat, and not things you drink. So maybe they have changed it.

Had coupon 8000pts when spend 30.00 on snacks or food. The coupon code would not go through, cashier said that they were having trouble with this coupon all day. She entered the points manually after the transaction. Same thing happen today, added points manually.

K- just confirmed that milk and juice do not work anymore - cashier did not know about pop. I bought $27 in coffee, milk didn't work so threw in cereal and got the points so coffee still works!

I was told today that the points coupons doesn't work in conjunction with promo points day. I asked the cashier to try but another cashier butted in and said they've tried and it doesn't work. It's either one or the other not both.
