Had a friend who worked for them here in MTL, but then left BTR to join the company I work for.
She used to buy all the time and pick up her parcels with no shipping costs (they re on our way to work) - they had since decided that they will. charge shipping even if someone comes to pick up their parcel - not cool. I was going to start shopping there but with these types of shady business practices I am steering away from them.
