Looks to me like someone already pulled the coupon off the bottom just leaving the flyer on the tear pad. This is not valid.

I wonder if this is valid... FIL took from foodland from a tear pad. There's no fine print nor expiry date.Attachment 275004

Can anyone advise?

I was able to find all of these new coupons and more in my area today! The Blue Dragon one is interesting - those products are on sale at Food Basics for about $1.20, making them super cheap with the coupons!
