My no Frills has them for $2.99, but at the last minute on new years eve day I stopped at rcss to get in on the breton deal. Not sure if this was in the flyer but on for 1.98. Unfortunately new sales will start by Friday.(the sweet crisps )

I had the double up deal last week and used them both. I paid $2.99 for each bag - couldn't see them cheaper and it was a last min. purchase to get them for free. I just had the pay the taxes, so .39 cents (x2). I'm bringing them somewhere, so a cheap snack to offer!
