Walmart Boxing Day TV
On Boxing Day we went across town to where Walmart was showing the $138 tv instock (of course it was not showing in stock in the Walmart near our house), to find it had sold out by the time we got there. Oh well, the extra few minutes of sleep were worth it! Later, we were in a different city, also no stock on the tv, but as we were leaving, I saw a guy come in with one headed for the customer service desk. I asked DH if I should go ask him about it. Initially he said no, but then when I asked again, he said "sure" (I'm sure the words "Crazy Lady" were only heard in my head). I asked the guy if he was returning the tv, he said yes. I then asked if there was anything wrong with the tv... He said that he'd not opened the box, hadn't even taken it out of his truck as he'd called someone to tell them he'd bought it only to find out that they were giving him one. He returned it and I bought it 2.5 seconds later! :excited: So glad my stalking paid off! Super grateful to the super nice guy who probably thought I was crazy too, as he made my Boxing Day!

Meanwhile, my local Walmart had about 4 skids of that TV, left over from Black Friday sale I think. There was still about 12 left when I went in at 5pm
