Their website doesn't have much info on the product, but I Googled it myself before I purchased it.

The box is very large (approx. 67.5" length x 18.5" width x 5.5" height), but not that heavy I got help from the store, getting it into my car, but I was able to take it out of my car and into my house by myself. There was no workout DVD in the box but I was going to get my workouts from YouTube anyways. There was also no rebounder (trampoline accessory) but the handle bars in the photo do come with the product.

The only two real cons were Factory Direct will only gives a 10 day warranty for exchange or store credit and that one site (not Factory Direct) showed a California residents “Proposition 65” Warning - the product contains lead. Now considering many items in Canada are made overseas, I frankly don't know how much lead is in this product compared to everything else we buy. But I thought you may want to know before you purchase it.

It took less than an hour to put together, so far I am happy with the product, the glide board is long enough for me, I am 5'9".

I think it is worth it, considering even the cheapest Pilates machines start at $300.
