Hi Guys,
I am looking for a place in Buffalo to buy cheap winter coats for our family. I guess there is a factory outlet there who sell winter coats at really good price.Any suggestion here in Canada I am blown away by the prices.

Somebody also metioned that they found winter coats at Target for up to 70% off. Or you might get some nice second hand ones at Value Village or childrens second hand stores or put an ad on Kijiji.
