i got the same booklet, except mine says "Exclusive for Costco Executive Members Only" and the card pictured is the Executive Member (black) card (I'm an executive member).
But everything else on the outside of the booklet is exactly the same. They are probably all the same coupons, regardless of what type of membership you have.
