    10
    Your Independent Grocer:

    2 x Tide $3.24 (clearance) less $5 wub2 coupons
    1 x NN Marshmallow (not pictured) $2.49
    1 x GingerAle $3.69 - $2 coupon
    1 x Danone $3.49 - $1 coupon
    1 x Raspberries (not pictured) $2.99
    21 x Flamingo Quisine $1.99 - $3.00 print coupons (not advertised... in-store clearance maybe??)
    1 x Roast $8.64
    1 x Roast $8.45

Total $9.67. Made 8000 PC points for boxed meats personal offer.
    So... $9.67 - $8.00 = $1.67 OOP

Now that, my friends, is how we roll on SC

Omg! I was reading your post again and again and i was wondering how did the bill come to only $1.67 when you bought 2 x chicken roast @ $8'ish. And after reading it about 20 million times, i noticed that it wa because of 21 flamingos. Lol.

Great job for using coupons on clearance priced items! See walmart, that's how we "roll" in our loblaws banner stores! Lol :p

I have no idea what the reg price is... if someone knows, please tell me!
And the overage was a complete shock to me, as they normally don't do it (not that I know of). The cashier was questioning the coupons and called the office to verify a few things, then entered full value of the coupons.

I work for Zehrs part time - they were on sale for 5.94 on Sat, then Sun dropped to 1.99 - regular price was $6.97.
reason for reduction - not a good selling product, lots of complaints and some stores will stop carrying it.

Nice score!!! A similar thing happened to me 2 weeks ago at Fresco. I pm bacon and other items and they actually gave me overage which I never knew they did but walked out with cash in my hands!
