    i received a citi prepaid virtual mastercard from the purell loyalty program and tried using it at walmart.ca but they do not accept it. where can i use it? for a purchase that is under $5 with free shipping?

    I used mine from the Purrell program to purchase a $5 Amazon.ca e-gift card, which I then applied to my amazon.ca account
