My order got shipped a moment ago. I saw somewhere on their Facebook they replied to someone explaining the delay was due to verification of shipping address to avoid multiple redemption from the same household. Lug didn't do so at the beginning but soon caught up on that.

Is this the OCEAN BLUE , you ordered just recently ? like 2-3 days back ? If so that's fast

Oh Oh..Some people on this site are going to be in a lot of doo doo now . I am not one of them though.

The people who got away are/were lucky ..but going forward it seems to be/ will be an issue now . People who have different people living in the same address will be out of luck, like tenants , friends etc.

I have had friends stay at my place for a couple of months in the past, when they were going through tough times..some people rent their basements too..some have distant relatives living with them & caring for them

They specified one per household, so one bag per address, regardless people living in that address are families, friends or landlord-tenants, that's the only way they can find to play fair. Understandable.

I'm going to have to disagree with what was "specified" but I'll save that explanation for some confirmation from astro/lug that they are actually checking addresses.. I don't see anything on FB like that..

My cranberry red has been shipped,so I think last week orders are being shipped now.
So Feb 2 and and 3rd week remaining orders are being shipped in this time frame.

Saw tons of Astro PINs at my local store today.
I already have the regular ocean blue and now really want a deluxe bag but am a bit nervous to try due to one per mailing address rule. Might just gift a bag to a friend then.
