I was thinking that if you have two people at the same address who both want to take advantage of this promotion, maybe going forward it's best to call or email Lug and explain situation, maybe they would except a scan or fax showing the two names on pcs of separate mail with the same address. My mom lives with me but she gets mail as I do in our own names at the same address. Thant might alleviate any concern from Lug that one person was ordering two for themselves.

In a household of 5, each person has different name with different ID and all share the same address, I don't see how Astro can grant an exception. If they do this for one family, they'd need to do the same for every family.

Yes I can see it would be hard to draw the line, seems a bit unfair to elderly relatives and or roommates who don't even have the same last name and can prove that they also pay utilities at the same address, as apposed to someone ordering bags in their toddlers names haha
