I have a cranberry red both in regular and deluxe versions (for sis and i) and to be honest, i prefer the regular version. I find it more sleek and the pattern more subtle. I'm just saying that if you didnt get the deluxe, dont feel bad. Maybe its just me, but i like it better. as long as you got the color you want... :p

I agree. The deluxe bag seems to be too much bag, by the time you put water or such in the outside pockets and a few items inside it would be too heavy for me. My daughter is very happy with it though.

Have to say that I am very impressed with Lug's customer service. My bag was delivered Monday evening. UPS left it at the door since no one was home at the time, and when we got home, it was nowhere to be found. We checked the entire yard multiple times. Emailed UPS, and they said I would have to email Lug about it, and Lug would have to file the claim. So I emailed them, and got a response the next morning saying that they have sent a replacement bag that will require a signature this time. Thanks, Lug!

Mine was left at the door, even though I was at home. The guy didn't even bother to ring the door bell I can understand NO signature required, but atleast ring the door bell , its not hard ..before taking off !..you don't even need to wait for someone to open the door, but don't just throw stuff & take off !

I got mine! I went home at lunch time and there it was sitting by my front door. I love it! It is a good quality, well constructed bag. I love the magnetic closures and all the other details of the bag. I ordered ocean blue but then I wanted to change it but they wouldn't let me. I thought the blue would be a bright blue but it is a lovely shade of blue.

Mine came. I got upgraded to the deluxe and the colour is Hunter Green instead of Grass Green. Very nice colour.

Would love to order bag. Do they have this promotion in Montreal, Quebec reisdents as well? I have not found the pins at my store. Can someone upload a pic PLS? If anyone has extra pins to trade I would love one.
