My DD bag just arrived. We ordered the colbalt blue and was sent ocean blue. They also included this letter. Please keep in mind we are still happy here.

I had to contact Lug because fedex lost my parcel the first time which had the Ocean Blue. I ordered feb 26. I was told they we're sending another and gave me the option to choose a different color because Ocean blue was out of stock at the time. I chose colbalt blue. I wasn't going to say anything as your not allowed to change the color as per the rules. They only allowed it because fedex lost it the first time. I doubt mine had anything to do with them receiving the wrong bag.

At least they still love there bag they got

Same here! I had ordered an Ocean Blue already and wanted the Colbalt Blue for my mom (so that I could switch it with her), now we both have the Ocean Blue. Still happy with the bag, but would have preferred a different colour so that we don't accidentally switch bags.

Sounds like quite some cases of lost/stolen bags...Glad that Lug is generous enough to send extra ones.
