411 on SAVE.CA

Please...I need clarification. Are we allowed one SAVE.CA account
per EMAIL/PERSON or ONE per HOUSEHOLD?
Emailed but as of yet I have received no response from SAVE.CA.
Some posts indicate one per email; while others state one per household.
I am not criticizing- simply seeking clarity.

It's one per household, I remember reading a thread in the rage forum about someone that had multiple save.ca or websaver accounts that were all closed and they tried begging for one account and were denied.
