The Food Basics store gave 4 or 6 coupons for Irresistibles products (specific plus one or two "save --- on any Irresistibles product).
Since this list includes many stores, I'm thinking the coupons will be for specific name brand products?

I've seen the booklet and it contains a lot of good coupons! From my memory, there is a 50 cent off coupon for Dempster's bread, a coupon for Quaker Oatmeal, a $3.00 off coupon for Olymel Breaded Chicken products, a coupon for Excel gum, a coupon for IOGO. That's all I can remember, but they are surprisingly useful and I'll be getting a booklet~

Are these good anywhere or only at specific locations as well do they have UPC codes?

It said participating retailers are good basics,freshco,metro,food land etc on second page.
Yes they have UPC codes and it is written as a store coupon.
