    Ladies, do you have these problems????
    ①Skin become dark and dull rapidly;
    ②Have freckles frequently;
    ③Hard to be absorbed no matter how many skincare products are used;
    ④Suddenly discovered at which moment, wrinkles becomes a trouble;
    ⑤Don't like to look in the mirror, need to use Photoshop for your photos.
    If you have all the problem above... Means: you are really OLD for skin caring.

    Booo! lol

    I am trying to keep my skin perty! I rarely use foundation, powder, blush, ect and I use castor oil with lavender in it.

    The secret to great skin is sunscreen SPF 30 on the face everyday, a gentle cleanser and a moisturizer at night. And it is important that these are fragrance free as fragrance can cause skin inflammation and damage.

    Don't need to spend a lot to look good.

    Give a hearty lol and read Cameron Diaz's "The Body Book" instead. And love every wrinkle on your face, it shows the moment in your life, every memory - laughter or sadness, all of them are beautiful.

    And the most important, your skin is a reflection of food you eat. So instead of putting big money on "organic" skin care products (have you ever imagined how strawberry can be preserved for more than a week without any preservatives? So how much percentage of "organic" in a jar of cream???), eat all that fruit and veggies, or cut a cucumber and put that on your face. Benefits from that are amazing!!! Not wrinkle erasers, of course, (only botox can do that, BTW) but fatigue vanishers definitely are!

    P.S. But if you're still concerned about your wrinkles, not for wrinkles but for fine lines I'd recommend you Olay Regenerist. Pretty good cream but never be dependable on that!

    Body Book and sunscreen - everyday 365 days a year is the secret to beautiful skin. Find one that you love and wear it everyday. My fav is Clinique Superdefense spf 20 and City Block. And Sears currently has a gift with purchase on Clinique.

    I can't say i have any of the above problems.. lol but i started wearing sunscreen since i was a teen. Number one key to looking young is avoiding the sun... one that is high in PPD; Anthelios SX is decent and try to have a very stress-free lifestyle with lots of sleep.

    You are never old for skin caring.

    And why was this posted in the first place? Is it to sell something?

I would like to try making a sunscreen with shea butter see day2dayjoys.com/2013/05/natural-shea-butter-sunscreen which gives SPF30 - would appreciate your thoughts.

    The body butter sounds delicious. Honestly, I don't have enough knowledge about sunscreen in order to know if it's a good idea to make your own sunscreen or not. Hopefully someone else will know more
