    Wow!!! What a great idea. I do virtually all of my shopping at SDM on "20x WUS $50" days, which very obviously happen once a month like clock-work for the 'public' ones and fairly frequently for the secret ones as well. I can see that I could maximize my points even more by shopping more strategically for milks, eggs, bread and other basics that are always pretty competitively priced at SDM.

    Last year was my first year really getting into the Optimum program. Was so excited when people kept talking about the mega redemption - only for it to not happen.
    I think I'll just hope for a $220 redemption....somehow I think more than that just won't happen for me.

    I agree, I'd rather use my $220 on a sure bet than risk a possible $250 and have to fight empty shelves and high prices
