It it's a post like a tradelist it'll have a red button - Mark as Expired that you can click at the end of your post beside the Edit button.

If it's in other areas, you might not have an Expired button so you edit the title to say "Please mark this as Expired" so the mods can do it for you.

Hello there -- I've been looking through the SC site for about two weeks now. Never realized that there was so much to learn about doing this right. I like great deals and savings some money on things I buy every week. I'm very impressed with how helpful SC'ers are with each other. Great tips and ideas. Still a lot to learn for this newbie!
