Welcome blueeyetea - quite a few of the new members have the watched the show(s) as well as people already couponing.

There are more deals in the USA for couponing - double, triple times coupon days etc.

There's still a ton that you can save in Canada.

i'm new and i feel lost.
i just posted a message begging for help/direction.

anyway...
i'm 36, mother of 2 boys, and in a relationship with my best friend.
we decided to take a finacial loss so i could stay home with the baby.
so i quit my job just after my maternity leave ran out.
and now i'm looking for ways to cut costs.

i have also seen extreme couponing, and although i think a lot of the shoppers seem greedy, i want that kind of savings (without the excess products).

I live in Surrey, BC with my husband and four month old son, and am currently on maternity leave. I am really hoping to not return to work, so hopefully I can learn a lot this year to help with the change in income!

Howdy!
My name is Ainsley, I am a stay at home mom to my beautiful 2 month old son. I started couponing during my pregnancy and am still going strong! Especially since my son is lactose intollerent (formula is so expensive!). My goal is to continue saving money, but to also start building a stash for when i go back to university in march. That way it will make life a little simpler for my family and I, money is tight enough being a student so I can't imagine how tight it will be having a child... especially with daycare!
