i dont have a printer how do i sign up for mailing coupons?

You need printer only if you are trying to print some printable coupons.

The sites like save.ca/websaver.ca/gocoupons.ca/brandsaver.ca send the printed coupons to all subscribed members.
You just need to register and provide mailing address to these coupons sites.

Working at Sobey's, you probably get an employee discount and know when items are going on clearance. You can get some great deals at your store too.
