Welcome - you have two options.

1. on your user profile

Go to USER CP - first link on skinny burgundy menu bar
Click the About Me and click on the pencil near coupons to trade.

When you're done your list, create a post in this thread:

2. Some people just create a post in the trading thread above and type in all their coupons for trade. On the About Me they paste the link to their post on the page.

I recommend reading these: STICKY threads at the top of the page including acronyms, trade guidelines, no used stamps etc. (they mean postage stamps). etc.
