Crazybell - you've listed a lot of places where we get coupons.
If you click on the big tab above for coupons, you'll see some threads marked "STICKY" that always stay at the top of the page.
One lists the coupon flyers/inserts that come in the daily newspapers and in some places, the weekly. So tomorrow there's a new insert - Red Plum. Some people buy the newspaper, some people ask neighbors and friends, some go to coffee shops that have tons of papers for customers and find the flyers and snag the inserts.

You mentioned save.ca, websaver, brandsaver.ca, gocoupons.ca etc - sites to order coupons online. They get listed here - see the first couple of posts and then the last posts.
