Welcome to all the newcomers - lots of great ways to save with coupons north of 45 mom-times-three. And you're in BC so you'll have some extra opportunities with stacking (using more than one coupon on a product) at some stores in BC that allow it.

Reward programs are also an amazing way to get tons of points and be able to redeem for free food/stuff. I had no idea how easy it was to earn lots of points with Shoppers for example and then redeem for $200 worth of items.

If anyone is interested in doing a first trade, take a look at my tradelist. Haven't got everything listed but happy to trade with newcomers.
