Did they actually mail you a cheque ? How long did it take from start to finish.

For some reason , I don't know why ..I am pretty cynical & skeptical obout these public class action suits. I feel I will never get anything from them , and they will just get my personal info , like name , addy etc. Too much identity theft nonsense going on thesedays. My Master Card was once compromised, so thesedays I am a bit careful

Not talking about this particular DRAM case , but just in general..I feel I will never receive it..just like some Mail In Rebates , which never come in..ha ha.

But I guess its worth a shot ..if you get it , well & good ..if not big deal

yes, I did get a cheque don't remember the amount though.... And it was a good long wait (sorry my memory is not the best!)
You've had trouble with MIR's? I have never had any issues in 4 years! Always received those

i did the activia one too i also cant remember the amount but it was free money if you bought it. It did take an extremely long time but it came and it shows the company they cant use false advertising. the lawsuit info was posted publicly and it will be posted on this thread as it becomes available

Those are always sent in a form of check, they won't just send a 20$ bill in the mail! I have taken part in a few of those in the past because i was qualified. Its free to you whether you want to participate or not though!

No receipt is required , so you should be fine ..expect a surprise cheque in your mail for 20 bucks in 3-4 months time. Most people will even forget that they had applied for it ..ha ha..by the time they get it.

I sometimes get stuff in mail , I have applied for , but don't even remember that I had & I have completely forgotten about it & is not even on my mind. Then I struggle to remember , what its all about

It could take up to a year. The claims deadline is June 23/15

The confirmation email says

In class actions, payment typically occurs a year or more after the claims deadline. After all claims evaluations and any appeals are completed, the Claims Administrator must obtain authorization from the court to make the proposed payments to Settlement Class Members. Payments will only be made once the authorization is received.
