Since we haven't had many chat-a-thon contests like we used to, I've decided to host one in honour of St. Patty's Day.

Contest is simple:

-Post/chat as much as you like about whatever you like (I plan to pop in and chat as much as I can -- of course my posts won't be eligible to win. lol).
-This contest will run until March 17th (St. Patty's Day), at which time I will use a randomizer to pick a post number. The author of that post will win a $5 GC.

I am soooo looking forward to St Patty's this year...Last year I was in NFLD but had to return to ONT the week before St. Patty's and missed out. But I will be in NFLD for St. Paddy's this year and already planning a HUGE St. Paddy's day party at my cabin. It will be an all day/night event open to the public (accessible by snowmobile only!)

That sounds like a lot of fun!

DH and I used to go to an Irish pub with friends every year but since we had the kids we've stayed home.

Think I'll scour Pinterest for some fun crafts or activities for kids.

I love the idea of an all green lunch! I think I can actually do that! lol



There's lots of healthy foods that are green: celery, broccoli, cucumbers, green apples, pears, green grapes, kiwi, pickles, etc.

I looked at the school calendar and St. Patty's day falls on march break for us. Booooooo!

I saw green pancakes with lucky charms marshmellows on Pinterest. Wonder if that'll be good? Not sure if it sounds delicious or gross. lol
