I love Shutterfly's invitations. I've been keeping my eyes peeled for some kind of invite freebie. It'd be nice to have playdate invites but I'm too cheap to pay much for them. lol
Ooooh :flowers:
so quiet
hi candini
Today has been pretty boring.
Finished all my chores by 10am. DS isn't feeling good so he's been watching TV, can't get him to play like usual (he's usually running now stop). He just wants to veg today.
Holy smokes html did not want to co-operate for that
Sorry to hear about your ds... hope he feels better soon!
Hah Disney movies are always enjoyable.
Anyone following the "dress debate"?

I'm curious what SC'ers see...
I asked my 6 year old DD to see if she saw the same as me but she didn't. Very interesting.
I see lavender or blue and black too
I see white and gold. Same with DH. DD saw blue and black.
I watched a video about the science behind it which was interesting. It bugs me that I don't see the blue and black though!
When I first saw your post I thought I saw the white and gold lol weird
I sometimes look at the photo and see white and gold. It's only a small glimpse though and then it changes to blue and black. I have looked up reasons why and I have found many different reasons. One website said that if you saw blue and black there was something negative in your past. To me, that sounds a little bit ridiculous, but some of the other reasons are valid
That is just non sense! I believe the theory of how your brain perceives colour but that there was something negative in your past feels a little too superstitious to me.
I truly thought it was a hoax that people saw blue and black until I asked DD. Now its bugging me that I can't see it as blue and black even though I know it is. So strange!
same sometimes I see white and gold for a bit than it is blue and black
Wired.com has a pretty good explanation as to why people are seeing different colours. The only thing I don't agree with is when they said
"At least we can all agree on one thing: The people who see the dress as white are utterly, completely wrong." (It's the last sentence of the article) I don't nessecarily think that anyone is "wrong" even though they company said the dress was blue and black it just depends on the way each persons brain sees the dress
My turn to open up the library this morning,in our tiny village.

Does anyone know how to doctor up store bought asparagus soup to look and taste like home made? I am serving this at our annual St. Patrick's Day dinner.
Worked today. Feeling like garbage :(
Could use a Starbucks ;)
Just relaxing at home today
