Tax question~ Having a blonde moment!!!!!

I should know this and remember from las year but I dont. This probably the silliest question to be asking but when your taxes say "assessed on (date)" does that mean thats the day my return should be in my account???

that's the date that they have finished their work with your return
the process of getting to your account involves Canada Revenue Agency, the electronic transfer process and your bank
so, it may take a little longer to get into your account

Does it say Date Processed in My Account on CRA & gives you a future date say Feb. 28 or something like that as Date Processed ? ..if so yes that's the date you will get your Direct Deposit

It has to say Processed & not just assessed.

Mine showed Date Processed as Feb. 20 , it was also the date when I got the refund by DD in my account & also the Notice of Assessment on that day , both my mail & online

Yes if its giving you a future date then your DD will be on the same date ..so 26th Feb

Assessed : On February 12, 2015.

Direct Deposit : Refund was DD in my bank on February 20, 2015.

Notice of Assessment : Also available on February 20, 2015.
