Eggs eggs and more eggs

Yesterday morning, the chicken farmer brought our daughter 35 dozen eggs! He does this from time to time. So we went over there yesterday and she gave us 5 dozen eggs. DS got the same, she kept 6 dzn for herself and the rest she to some friends. Last time we got so many dozens that i cracked a pile and froze them, like liquid eggs. They were great!

SnowFlakey, how do you freeze them after you crack them? In ziploc bags? And how long do they last? I never heard of freezing eggs, I want to try it! :)

I was told you can freeze eggs a couple of years ago here at SM. You crack the eggs into a bowl, mix them up and then you pour them into small containers and freeze. You can use the eggs for french toast, scrambled eggs. It`s like Liquid Eggs, which i know some people freeze.
