Air Miles at Rexall

So I'm branching out and trying different point stems. I just went to Rexall and bought 2 Pantene, 1 Always panty liner, 1 Always Discreet product and 1 Tide product. According to the Rexall flyer I should have received 41 air miles. On the bottom of my receipt it says air miles earned: base 1 Bonus 10...what happened to the 41?

I think for most of the offers you had to buy 2. Thus 10 points for your 2 pantene.
