Won a coupon today but couldn't print it. It said it couldn't verify my Java and the coupon link is no longer valid. I've e-mailed them so hopefully they can sent it via mail.

Same thing happened to me, said it couldn't detect my java, so I opened another tab to use the verify java on the Java website, and it came back with my browser is up to date. Bit annoying.

Yes, I double checked my Java too and it said it was up to date. I see on Facebook that if you can't print your coupon they ask you to send them a message and they will mail it to you.
