I am wondering if this every happened to someone. This has happened to me several times now and it is really frustrating.
Well, I ordered about 10 things online. The next day I get two emails saying items are out of stock when they clearly weren't at the time of purchase. I had to email back and forth for 5 days before I got them to just cancel the two items and I am still waiting for the refund. I can't stand when I order something online, something I plan on getting in a few days to find out the next day that the "in stock" items were not.
I know it is petty but they really need to stay on top of stock better for the sake of their customers. I also got an item I didn't even order and at least they were nice enough to send the right item without me returning the mess up one.
