If it states one coupon per purchase than each one you buy is a purchase.
If it states one coupon per transaction then you need to purchase each one separately although sometimes if you mention it to the cashier they will ring them in together.

I'm not familiar with the exact coupon (i haven't been lucky enough to find them yet) but if this is the exact wording then I would think you have to do multiple transactions.
Now if it just said: "one per purchase", then it would be one coupon per package of chicken, but it does say "one per customer" which leads me to believe they intended it to be one per person.
You may be able to use multiples but I really think it will be YMMV (your milage may vary), as in it depends on the cashier. If there's a problem just divide into separate transactions.

Well I didn't had a chance to get that kind of coupon, (if you ever found one, please share it with us, well if they give it to public anyway...) I will see one of my friend can give the exact answer about that...
