I have NO APPS, no phone. On my account when I click on the offer there is a + and - sign that tells you how many of that product you can claim!! The Cadbury is 10 of EACH of the 3 products that is possible to claim!! ( 30 chocolatey discounted things in my house?? NEVER!) BUT you enjoy macw1960. No special app required if you do your stuff through your computer.

U need to updat the app on your phone for this to work properly. I did 5 of the Folgers coffee yesterday and I just did one first because I couldn't figure out how to up the number but after I updated the app I just resubmitted the same receipt for 4 more and they were all processed very quickly!!! I have never bought such cheap coffee in my life 5x7.99 at Safeway =$40minus 5x$2 coupons=$30, minus $2.50x5 from co51=$17.50,plus 60 airmiles worth about $6 equals $11.50 for 5 large cans of coffee!!!

I messed up Thursday as well, as I uploaded my receipt for 3 of the Ocean's pasta sauce and didn't realize my app was out-of-date so only claimed one. Just emailed customer service and they credited the other 2. I think they will be pretty patient with us for the first week at least as everyone figures out the new system.
