GC Question

Can I use a Rexall GC in their store to purchase a GC I will use?

I just phoned a store out my way and asked and they said no. I repeated the question to make sure he understood what i was asking and he said no again.
Same with another store, she said no GC can be used to buy another GC.

Thanks for phoning them...guess I could have done the same.
