On the page of the link, which OP posted, it says "soap", but when I clicked on welcome gift, it says "glove".

I see what Mia is saying. It looks like the soap promotion isn't current anymore. The page still exists but there is no link on the actual webpage to get to it. The current welcome gift is a glove.

I don't personally think they would ship to Canada. Just my thought. I'll pass. too bad so many people rush to post freebies without checking the validity.

OMG, they changed it. Now it is glove. Maybe they run out of soap, so they give out gloves, or maybe they are scams. Wait and see.
