I phoned them wanting clear verification about if it was possible for 2 people who are both NEW customers to receive the promo code and use it IF they both lived in the same home ( but different email and phone numbers and CC used) They said NO. Only 1 person can get this and use it. Others will be cancelled.

Did anyone else that had orders cancelled use the same home address on the orders?

Thanks!! I got a steamer mop for 47.xx minus the code. I paid shipping but I don't care , I've been wanting 1 for yrs and it beats spending 80.00 on one. So i basically got it for 13.xx. My mom, and aunt signed up too, but I used my credit card to pay for their shipping costs. i hope they allow that. They are being shipped to their addresses obviously.

I signed up for mom but she does not have a credit card so the only way I can figure out how to pay for the damn thing is to use my name under billing (name on credit card has to match name under billing)...but the order got cancelled bc of that. I didn't even sign up for a code for myself bc I am existing an customer. Waste of a code and my time.

16 is crazy. If my moms and aunts orders get cancelled because I used my credit card to pay then oh well. I just hope 1 of us gets our order..Lol. I'm sure if my order gets cancelled my mom will give me hers. She's good like that
