Whoohoo!! Finally got a notice saying my stuff ready to ship.

Talk about crappy customer service. I bought a Winnipeg Jets jersey for my dog through the shopping channel website. Used a $50 promo code to get it and a collar for free - just had to pay the shipping costs.
Yesterday I get the collar and jersey, and the jersey (size medium) is way too small for my dog, so I call today to do an exchange for a x-large. The customer service rep tells me that because it was shipped from a vendor that I cannot do a straight exchange - I have to return the item first and do a repurchase but at full price because the promo code was a 1 time use thing.
After arguing with the agent, he offered to contact the vendor to see if they could setup an exchange for me. They will apparently call back in 2-3 days. For some reason, I get the feeling that I will be calling back on my own to discuss this again. Terrible customer service.

I was in same about as you two days ago. Paid by paypal and no money was taken out. I called and inquired about the status and was told they were overwhelmed with orders and it takes a bit longer to ship items out. Right after the phone call, my order status changed from to be shipped(in warehouse) to being shipped. Shipping charge of $6.99 was taken out from my Paypal account immediately. No aparently if you picked shipping by courier it came by purolator (at least my dads did) Mine came Canada post and was here the same day despite the courier option showing it could be 2 days sooner. (We live in the same city and ordered the same day) Originally Posted by walkonby
