Did anyone order a magazine with this promo? If so, how was it processed? For example, did you get a code emailed to you to sign up for the magazine at the magazine's website? Did your ordering address have to be the same as where you send the magazine? I want to give the mag subscription as a gift but I don't want to order it if it has to go to my house first. That would be weird and awkward! lol.

I ordered Lou Lou magazine, they said it would be shipped in a separate package. Till now I'm waiting for that. I wish, I ordered another item, not a magazine.
